We hope you love your logo merchandise! Because our items are custom-branded just for our vacation rental, all sales are final.

That said, we absolutely want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Just include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or ordering errors.
